A lot of people ask me how I got the idea for the Registry.
When I send out messages I tend to use facebook over e-mail. One of
my close friends complained about this because she wasn’t on facebook. I bug
her over and over to join but she never wants to because “facebook is evil”. I
enjoy facebook (in particular the picture sharing) and don’t see it as a bad
thing. Her statement stuck with me and eventually I thought I’d create an evil
facebook. This evolved into the Registry
and the basis for Mia’s story. So listen to your friends, even when they’re
complaining because it might just end up leading to something.
